The 2018 Learning Support Conference at the UC Davis Conference Center will be hosted by Academic Assistance and Tutoring at the University of California, Davis in partnership with Sacramento State University and the University of California, Santa Cruz. All members of the learning support community in higher education are invited to attend including administrators, staff, faculty, and student employees.

Planning Your Trip to Davis

Conference pricing for hotel accommodations is available at two area hotels. Space is limited so reserve your room early.

Parking is not included in the price of registration. For UC employees with parking permits for other campuses, please check with your local parking office BEFORE coming to Davis to ask about a temporary inter-campus parking pass. For guests at the Hyatt, ask about parking with your room reservation. Other conference attendees should plan to pay for and park in visitor parking. Visitor lots 1, 2, and the Gateway Structure are the closest parking to the Conference Center.

All refunds will be processed through Conference and Events Services. After May 18, no refunds will be given, but we are happy to have you specify another member of your institution to attend in your place.
