Donelle Davis

Donelle Davis was the first o her family to graduate from college. Donelle has worked for UC Davis in student retention and transition for over ten years. Everyday she works with STEP is a truly rewarding experience. She finds the transformation that happens as students progress through their educational careers remarkable, and is grateful for the opportunity to witness that transition. 

Edgar Camero

Edgar Camero is a UC Davis Alumni who graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Chicano/a Studies with an Emphasis in Public Policy. As an aspiring practitioner, he is focused on supporting students academically and socially. He values all experiences and challenges that students have faced because her knows that the journey is not an easy undertaking. He hopes to help prepare student to become successful college students and provide them with the utmost advice and resources to ease the college transition. 

Vivi Torres

Vivi Torres is the Special Transitional Enrichment Program (STEP) Assistant. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, being the awards committee chair, volunteer coordinator, completing administrative tasks, and answering student/familities questions about STEP. She joined STEP in July 2016 and is happy to be a part of such a great program. Vivi is a UC Davis alumna with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Food Science. She is also a big animal lover and food enthusiast.
